Reagan Dilny

Nikki Carew, Mortgage Broker

Nikki was born, raised and still resides in Portugal Cove- St. Philips. She has been in the mortgage industry for the last 15 years, with the last 10 of those years as a top broker in Newfoundland. She has been featured as a woman of influence in the mortgage industry by Canadian Mortgage Professionals magazine for the last number of years along with being featured as a “Young Gun”. The same publication has ranked Nikki in Top 20 (small market) brokers in all of Canada. She spent 9 of her 10 years with the same brokerage, winning Broker of the Year for consecutive years before making a move to Munn Mortgages, joining a Group of companies that is well established and offers great opportunities for her clients.

Nikki believes that giving back to her community is just as important as her career. After fighting her own battle with cancer in 2019, she founded “Rocks for a Cause” in 2020 with her Mom where all funds raised go to help families who are struggling with a cancer diagnosis. To date, Rocks for a Cause has raised over 25K. She also was the chairman for Brokering Wishes, NL where funds went to Make A Wish in order to grant wishes for sick children. Brokering Wishes, NL raised over 100K to the charity to help grant childrens wishes. She actively tries to give back to her community whenever possible.
